Thank you for shopping. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for customers within the United Kingdom.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Velora 01 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

(Note: For UK-to-UK domestic shipping, this usually doesn't apply, but it is standard to include for international inventory).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
